Nirbhaya's sacrifice Shouldn't Go In Vain ... " Stricter Laws & Fast Track Courts are the only Option"

16th Of december 2012 one incident shaked whole nation , One Girl raped & murdered by 6 mens on a running bus, that's shakens all the country, people comes out on roads demanding justice for "Nirbhaya" , All section of society stood up by her side. Govt too shown  proactive approach in building stricter laws & fasttracking all rape cases , In Spite of all these measures while taken by the Govt., Rapes hasn't been stopped, Even the rape cases in last year alone in Delhi shown rapid increse double of the previous year , that raises question mark on Govt's intention. but one question we should also ask to ourselves  that it is really all the matter of States ( Goverment) to look after what men is doing with Women on roads, in offices , in Public transport , I personally don't think that it is all the State's subject to look after such things,

Laws can create kind of fear in the minds of criminal but it can not stop criminal activity , And fast

"Modi A Polarized Figure "... But What Does He Polarized.....???

Today in India every things starts and ends with Narendrdra Modi... He is perhaps most discussed & popular leader, India have ever had. In spite of this all The Secular Media call  " Modi Is A Polarized Figure" , they say If  Modi turns out PM than minorities will not  feel safe ... But reality is not what Media Is Promoting ..The Big Question today is That ..What does Modi Polarized??? Communities  Or Heart...??

If Media is   correct , than modi should't have got Huge numbers of Minorities Vote in Guj Assembly Election 2012 dec..Ever since NDA has declared Modi as an PM Candidate, He has done several; rallies and In those rallies Muslims turn out was not bad. If modi polarized caste than this would not have been possible.

One of the very old Allie Of NDA  left the Coalition because they were afraid that modi's induction may sink their Minority vote bank. Than modi was held responsible for breaking NDA but not just because of him Many regional parties from south are willing to join the  NDA ...

In Anna Movement Social Media Played crucial role Their pages on Fb's & Twitter Were Loaded with the posts and comments, So in the case of Nirbhaya.. The aftermath of these incident Making New Heroes , Who are not from bollywood but are professors /students / Academics / Writers/columnists / Drama Comps/ Any how Ricksw Wala, Chat FUlki Wala are getting benefits form It. It's Good ...

Govt keep relating promise that they are doing their best , Fast Track Courts are fucking cases Yet the verdict of Nirbhaya case hasn't come . Lok Pal almost Forge-ten.. but the heroes and Parallel economy is Still benefiting

Should Congress rejoice Karnataka Win ... ?? As they have been necked by Country;s highest court Over the Sharing of Coalgate Report by the the CBI with the govt officials and Law Minister itself. Top court slammed Govt., and questioned it's credibility .. Called CBI a "caged Parrot" ...specking in masters voice. Sc's observation report Thrashed Govt.& it;s masters.

karnataka Win has different narrative for both congress & BJP , but this win may make congress compulsive and BJP To think . Karnataka Has undoubtedly have gone in congress favor , but this win can't be translate as congress spoke persons are saying .

Even after court's observation Law Minister is in the office , on the chair , Where BJP has set higher standard in Karnataka by a siding it's Popular CM On the corruption chargers .. What resulted as a Govt Loss... 

Rajnath Could be PM better candidate for NDA...

As it has said .. politics is a game of possibilities.. In present scenario this phrase fit on BJP National President Rajnath Singh..The day he has been elected BJP National President.. he surprised every on ( He proved all political pandits wrong).. His name came and shocked  every one .. Rajnath was not new for this post.he had allready held president post for three years .. 2007-2009.. And it's just a day before in Utter Pradesh newly elected BJP Gen Secretery Varun Gandhi Praised Rajnth and called him Secular and most acceptable, capable leader in BJP.. Thrown open challenge on Narendra Modi.. !

It Will not be easy for BJP to declare Modi ..a PM Candidate.. If they do so .. NDA will break . JDU have already discussed the matter with BJP Top leadership in detail .. an warnd him if they declare GUj CHief name for country top post they will withdraw their support .. One another ally of NDA Shivsna Also not want Modi to be PM candidate . At present Rajnath is most acceptable leader in NDA,.  he may not have Sparkle of modi but yet he is tested ..all Strong Leader..

It would be better for BJP & for NDA to declare their pm cantidate  name as early as possible, BJP must not ignore it's allies .. And look for consensus Leader..
